                   COVID - 19  PANDEMIC   


 The outbreak of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2), in the city of Wuhan in China's Hubei province in 2019–2020 has been causing significant numbers of mortality and morbidity in humans with the coronavirus infection diseases (COVID ‐19) . There are signs of fever, severe respiratory illness, and pneumonia.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has drastically affected lives of each and every people across the Globe .

 In order to avoid the contagious spread of this Virus, Government of different countries have decided to implement Lockdown Policies in respective countries.

This Lockdown has both pros and cons

The pros is obviously that the havoc spread of this contagious virus could be restricted to a greater extent. 

But the cons is that  it has affected the normal routine lives of all the people involved in different sectors and their day to day activities. This virus has left it’s adverse impact both socio- economically & emotionally. We all are restrained from practicing whatever we wished like before.

Everything is completely different from previous times. Now students are no more going to School or Colleges rather they are attending online classes and lectures and even giving their exams online, employees are also not going to their respective offices but continuing work from home. Really none of us ever thought before that such dependency on virtual technological utilization, we will  ever witness in our life time.

We all are isolated from our nearest and dearest ones, no contacts with friends, no more gossips, no chit-chats, no more travels, no shopping. Now it seems that  the whole World has self - isolated & quarantined  itself from others.

Initially the lockdown scenario amid this Pandemic  was all fine and quite acceptable to our understanding  minds but slowly and slowly as the number of days went on increasing and soon changed into number of months, our minds also started to question a lot to self and then here the story of mood swings,anxiety depression, bipolar disorders and even upto the level of suicide begins.

Today’s scenario is as such, that for every individual,  now each day is a struggle with himself or herself and against this Corona Virus. Everyday while we read the Newspaper or watch Television we get to know about the struggle journey of hundreds and thousands of people each day, really it’s very pathetic when we notice how much difficulties different Migrant workers are facing, unemployment has hit-hard their basic livelihood. Their pains ,sorrows and miseries are really heart touching. The situation turned out to be so pathetic at certain point of time that some people failed to manage even a single meal for a day. Now, the situation is quite stable than before due to various measures and initiatives taken by the Govt. of our country and different states.

         

        JOURNEY TOWARDS MOTIVATION:

Let’s just pause and refresh our minds from the current situation and for once think like that it’s just a virus,  a lifeless microscopic entity which needs a living body to activate and recharge itself to show it’s power, as compared to it we human beings  are so lively, so giant, so intelligent and smart enough to win the battle against it.

 Yeah friends, it’s the utmost need of an hour to completely change our mind set-up, just forget all our fear, and be bold, confident, positive and strong enough to fight the battle with this Virus.

For this we need to stay motivated each and every moments.  

We all know that "Self help is the Best help". So, the motivation should always come from within you that is your inner conscience should be ignited to keep yourself motivated all throughout.

Obviously you can seek ways and means how to stay motivated through different sources.
